[Antwerp?]: 1620. Brief tract written at the commencement of the Thirty Years war given in the form of a "most secret instruction" and attacking Frederick V of the Palatinate, who was at the time leading the Protestants in an attempt to overthrow the Catholic rule of Bohemia. Another tract followed in 1626 entitled "Altera secretissima" which was translated by Thomas Hobbes (see Noel Malcolm: Reasons of State, Propaganda, and the Thirty Years' War: An Unknown Translation by Thomas Hobbes.). 4to (20 x 15.5cm), [28].
